We source our shea from trusted partners in West Africa, supporting the communities involved in growing and harvesting shea nuts.

Are your products all-natural / organic?

Our products are made with organic/all-natural ingredients whenever possible, with a focus on clean, simple formulations.

Do you use preservatives?

No. Our products are preservative-free, which is why we make them in small batches and recommend using them within 6 months.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 4–7 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier option selected at checkout.

What’s the difference between scented and unscented?

Scented products use a signature essential oil blend for a naturally scented experience. Unscented is best for sensitive skin or anyone who prefers no fragrance.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Close lids tightly to keep product fresh.

What if my shea butter melts or changes texture?

Heat can soften or melt shea butter during transit. It’s still safe to use—let it sit at room temperature. Texture can shift slightly because we keep formulas simple and preservative-free.
